Refund policy

We want you to love your BYOM purchase. If you're not satisfied for any reason, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Contact us at returns@beyourownmagic.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Once your return is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label or QR code — no printer required. Simply take your package to any USPS or UPS drop-off location and we'll handle the rest.

Once we receive the returned item, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you — no return shipping required. Just send us a photo of the issue and we'll make it right.

Please note: Items must be unworn and unwashed to be eligible for return. We are unable to accept returns on items that show signs of wear.
